Steve Pederson

Steve Pederson is a product, marketing, and business development leader with a strong record of success in driving growth and profitability across global markets. They are currently serving as an AVP - Broadband Access at Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. and will be taking on the role of Vice President - Broadband Networking at AOI in the near future. With a background that includes positions at Cisco and Scientific Atlanta, they have developed expertise in strategy, product management, and technical solutions, particularly in the service provider market. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Dayton, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a Technology Management Certification from MIT Professional Education.
