Max Leonard

Max Leonard has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business. Max has worked as a HRIS Representative and HRIS Senior Representative, focusing on metrics reporting, analytics, strategic planning, and advisement. Max also has experience as a Talent Analytics Specialist at General Dynamics Electric Boat, where Max worked from 2010 to 2017. Currently, Max serves as the Business Team Leader and Product Development Lead at Applied Physical Sciences Corp since May 2017. Their work includes strategic resource planning, forecasting, and consulting for various clients up to the level of Secretary of Defense Ash Carter.
