Dory Riquelme has extensive experience in client services and technical management, currently serving as a Service Executive for the West Region at IVANS Insurance Solutions, a division of Applied Systems, Inc., since February 2008. Prior to this role, Dory worked as a Client Service Manager at AT&T Global Network Services from 1999 to 2005 and held the position of Systems Engineer/Technical Account Manager at IBM Global Business Services from 1994 to 1999. Dory earned a degree from the University of South Florida, attending from 1986 to 1992.
