Keven Coggin

Keven Coggin is a seasoned technology operations executive with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Operations at Applied Systems since September 2025, Keven previously held the position of Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Ouro, where a successful exit from all technical TSAs was achieved within 12 months of acquiring Netspend from Global Payments. Prior to that, Keven was the Sr. Director of Application Development at Netspend, overseeing a global team that developed scalable web, mobile, and API solutions for a high-volume payment platform. Earlier experience includes managing a $30M+ IT budget focused on global regulatory compliance projects at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Keven holds an MBA in Management from St. Edward's University and a BBA in Management from Texas State University.
