Krista Webb

Krista Webb is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Engagement Manager and Lead Insurance Operations Consultant at Applied Systems since November 2011. In this role, Krista specializes in developing processes that implement best practices through technology for insurance agencies and brokerage firms, with a focus on maximizing staff efficiencies while maintaining client service. Prior to this, Krista held the position of VP Administration at AirSure Limited LLC from September 2005 to June 2011, where responsibilities included managing administration, marketing, and overall operations. Krista also served as VP Administration at Aero Insurance Inc from March 1992 to August 2005, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a growing aviation insurance agency. Krista is a graduate of Baylor University.
