Applied Systems
Mai Lai began their work experience in 2006 as a Software Engineer for IBM, working remotely from Vietnam on a contractual basis. In 2008, they joined Hewlett Packard as a Software Engineer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia until 2011. In the same year, Mai Lai joined Applied Systems as a System Engineer Lead. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Software Engineer for STONE RIVER in 2009.
Mai Lai pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from 2010 to 2013 at Maharishi International University. In addition, Mai Lai obtained the certification of Guidewire Certified Specialist - InsuranceSuite Integration - Elysian from Guidewire Software in July 2023.
