Megan Masters is an experienced professional with a background in customer support and hospitality. Currently serving as an Associate Customer Support Technician at Applied Systems since March 2024, Megan previously held the position of Account Coordinator at Snagajob from July 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Megan was the Director of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Coordinator at Gotcha, and gained early experience as a Hostess at McCrady's and a Sales Associate at The Skinny Dip.
