Nathan Hoar

Nathan Hoar is an experienced professional with a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and support within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Owner and previously as a Senior Quality Analyst at Applied Systems since August 2013, Nathan is responsible for testing software features, identifying and reporting bugs, and improving testing processes for increased efficiency and quality. Prior to this role, Nathan contributed as a Senior Support Technician, providing software support for independent insurance agencies and mentoring new employees. Nathan's earlier experience as an ABA Therapist at The Institute of Professional Practice involved implementing behavior plans and training educators, while a brief tenure as a Mental Health Counselor at Manchester Memorial Hospital included leading skills groups and documenting patient behavior.
