Tracy Gissler

Tracy Gissler has extensive experience in accounting support and client services, currently serving as the Manager of Accounting Support at Applied Systems since August 2008. In this role, Tracy manages North American accounting support teams and establishes service strategies to meet corporate goals. Previous positions at Applied Systems include Platinum Support - Accounting Team Manager, Sr. Product Specialist - Accounting, Implementation Lead, and Strategic Analyst, contributing to a robust understanding of accounting processes and client needs. Tracy also held the role of Financial Secretary at St. Peter's UCC and served as Treasurer for the local Lincoln-Way CROP walk. Prior experience at Applied Systems includes leadership positions in support services, where Tracy managed substantial teams and developed customer service strategies. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Illinois State University, with minors in Business Administration and Sociology.
