Don Epstein

Don Epstein is a co-founder and managing director at Meritas Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on partnering with successful entrepreneurs. Previously, Don served as executive vice president at NexusTek from 1999 to 2016, directing finance, HR, sales, marketing, and business management operations while supporting numerous acquisitions. Don's early career included roles at KeyBank as a team lead and in the U.S. Navy as a percussionist and security officer. Don holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Excelsior College. Currently, Don is also a board member at Applied Tech.
