Jeremiah Hepner

Vice President of Managed Services at Applied Tech

Jeremiah Hepner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeremiah started their career in the US Army as a Squad Leader from October 2002 to October 2006. After that, they worked as a Fleet Supervisor at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from January 2011 to September 2012. Following that, they joined Milio's Sandwiches as an Area Supervisor, where they successfully opened and staffed two stores and implemented new systems and pay structures. Jeremiah'srole at Milio's lasted from an unspecified start date in 2012 to June 2014.

In 2014, Jeremiah joined C.H. Robinson as a Logistics employee and worked there until December 2016. Jeremiah then moved on to Applied Tech in January 2017, where they started as a Help Desk Technician and eventually became the Vice President of Managed Services in April 2023. Jeremiah held various roles at Applied Tech including Team Lead, Service Supervisor, Support Services Manager, and Director of Support Services.

Throughout their career, Jeremiah has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to create and implement effective processes, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Jeremiah Hepner completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at Herzing University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from South University from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremiah has acquired several certifications. Jeremiah received the ITIL 4 ® STRATEGIST Direct, Plan and Improve CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2021. In February 2021, they obtained two certifications, namely ITIL 4 ® SPECIALIST Create, Deliver and Support CPD, and ITIL 4 ® SPECIALIST Drive Stakeholder Value CPD, both from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Furthermore, in October 2020, they earned the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from the same institution.

Jeremiah has also completed various certifications from Microsoft, including MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security in February 2020, MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services in January 2020, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals in June 2019.
