Gary Flowers has over two decades of experience in program management and planning, currently serving as Program Manager at Applied Technical Services since June 2011. In this role, responsibilities include developing customer relationships, reviewing material and labor standards, managing customer contracts, quoting, overseeing backlog reporting, and leading a team. Previously, Gary held the position of Planner, focusing on scheduling, RMA entry, part shortages, and Kan Ban management. Gary also served in the US Navy from February 1996 to February 2000 as a Weather Observer and supply control petty officer, holding a secret security clearance. Education was completed at Central Texas College between 1997 and 1999.
