Pam was responsible for maintaining and optimizing the church's website, increasing traffic significantly during their tenure. Additionally, Pam served as a Documentation and Communication Specialist at DHS Worldwide Software Solutions, where they led a team in revising and updating implementation guides and reference materials for the company's software products.

Pam's career began in 1992 as a Marketing and Training Coordinator for Andrews Federal Credit Union's European Division. In this role, they implemented a comprehensive marketing program that successfully increased membership and consumer loans despite a shrinking population.
