David Cairat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and consulting. Currently serving as Directeur associé at APPLIUM since January 2022, Cairat previously held the position of VP - Head of Operational Excellence at NTT DATA Business Solutions, a role that followed their tenure in the same capacity at itelligence from March 2010 to January 2022. During this time, Cairat focused on aligning and standardizing processes across global consulting units and defining policies for project engagement excellence. Prior to their roles at itelligence and NTT DATA, Cairat was the Managing Director of itelligence FRANCE, and before that, David led ADELANTE, a firm specializing in logistics optimization. Cairat's career began in consulting roles at KPMG Peat Marwick and Computer Sciences Corporation, complemented by a strong educational foundation from ESSEC Business School.
