Jonathan Fields

Jonathan Fields is a co-founder and CEO of Assembly, a company focused on enhancing employee engagement through integrated solutions across multiple platforms such as Slack and mobile. Since November 2017, Jonathan has driven Assembly's mission to promote intentional company culture for increased productivity. Additionally, Jonathan serves as an advisor partner at Inflection Group, providing expertise to founders in team building, and as an advisory board member at Apploi. Prior experience includes key roles at ZipRecruiter, where Jonathan held positions as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Finance, overseeing capital raising, financial modeling, and M&A activities, among other responsibilities. Jonathan's career began at Mosaic Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst, specializing in advisory services for mid-sized companies. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2012.
