Fernando Basabe

Fernando is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Applus+.

He started his career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co. (today J. P. Morgan), where he held several positions within the corporate banking division. After he joined SGS, he worked in senior management positions as Director of Corporate Development and Managing Director in Spain. In 2002, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Western Europe.

Fernando holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and an MBA from IESE.
