Kai Baxter is an experienced In-Service Inspector and Senior NDT Technician with a rich background in non-destructive testing and inspection across various companies. They served as General Manager and Supervisor at Aztec IES from 2011 to 2015, where they organized NDT operations and oversaw quality control activities. Kai has also held positions at Statik Industries as Operations Manager, as well as in advanced NDT roles at Applus+ and Applus RTD, demonstrating expertise in advanced inspection techniques. Currently, they are employed at Applus+, performing required NDT inspections and overseeing staff duties. Kai is also pursuing education at the University of Northampton.
