Júnior Morasco

Júnior Morasco is a Lead Product Designer at Apply Digital with over 14 years of experience in design, including 8 years focused on Design Thinking as a UX/UI Designer, facilitator, instructor, and design lead. They have a diverse background, having worked as a graphic designer, web designer, and consultant, and have held leadership positions at various companies, including Grupo TV1 and Grupo Croma. Júnior holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Inclusive Graphic Design from UNESP in Brazil, along with a degree in Communication Design from POLIMI in Italy. They are passionate about digital accessibility and mentor students in various design disciplines, driving impact and teamwork in their current roles.
