Arash R.

Arash R. is an experienced software engineering leader with a strong background in managing engineering teams and driving product development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at ApplyBoard since April 2022, Arash previously held positions as VP of Engineering at Railz.ai and Machool Technologies Ltd., where responsibilities included leading engineering initiatives and enhancing team culture. At Fatigue Science, leadership of a 15-person engineering team focused on creating a next-generation cloud-based platform was a key achievement. Arash co-founded Jinnius Solutions, Inc., providing software consulting to a range of clients and has extensive experience in implementing software solutions and architectures in previous roles at Tempo Payments and TuVox. A graduate of The University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Arash is adept in various technologies including Java and Ruby on Rails.
