Chi Tran

Chi Tran is an experienced professional currently serving as the Application Decision Team Lead and previously as an Application Recovery Professional at ApplyBoard since April 2018. In these roles, Chi has developed and maintained auditing processes for a team of 30, leveraging results to enhance operations and staff training. Chi has also worked as a Recovery Specialist, where effective solutions were provided to clients amid changing immigration policies, and designed a quality control process for data migration. Additional experience includes roles in customer experience and communications at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and California State Assembly, along with significant involvement in student and public policy advocacy during academic pursuits at De Anza College. Chi holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Economics and Geographic Information System from the University of Guelph and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from De Anza College.
