Nita is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at ApplyBoard since December 2019, Nita has progressed through various roles including Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Legal Assistant at Radius & Partner Law Firm, where responsibilities encompassed document preparation and legal research. Nita played a pivotal role at Habitat for Humanity Indonesia as a Resource Development Officer, successfully reversing branch closure and building over 300 houses. Earlier in Nita's career, project management skills were demonstrated as Project Lead at Pelita Trans Jaya, overseeing significant projects and enhancing revenue through strategic negotiations.
