Oleksandra Hritsaienko

Oleksandra Hritsaienko is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth management and user acquisition. Currently serving as a Growth Manager at Applyft since November 2025, Oleksandra previously held the position of Head of Partnerships at Welltech, where a comprehensive partnerships strategy across affiliate marketing, B2B partnerships, and influencer marketing was developed, resulting in successful affiliate programs with substantial revenue growth. Prior roles include leading paid acquisition initiatives at Yoga-Go and other companies, achieving significant profitability increases and managing substantial advertising budgets across various platforms. Oleksandra began a career in auditing at KPMG Ukraine and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Audit and Accounting and International Economics from Kyiv National Economics University.
