Elton Lin has over twenty years of leadership experience in both non-profit and for-profit sectors, with a strong focus on social entrepreneurship and leadership development. Previously serving as the Lead Pastor at Haven and the Lead Academic Consultant at ThinkTank Learning, Elton has a proven track record in nurturing student leaders and developing impactful educational programs. Currently, Elton is the Founder and CEO of ILUMIN Education and Comet, both ventures aimed at guiding high school students towards success in college and beyond. Elton co-founded Ellie Fun Day, a social enterprise that empowers marginalized women through fair employment, and has been recognized for entrepreneurial excellence. Elton is pursuing an MDiv in Theology at Trinity International University.
