Reint Jan Hoiting

Reint Jan Hoiting has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at the Internal Revenue Service in 2008. Reint Jan then worked as a freelance web developer and floor manager at Cafetaria Doklanden from 2006 to 2012. At AppMachine, Reint Jan served as an intern software engineer and later as a senior software engineer from 2012 to 2017. Reint Jan joined Finn in 2017 as a developer, contributing to simplifying marketing data analysis. From 2018 to 2021, Reint Jan worked at Newfold Digital, holding various roles including principal software engineer, software engineering manager, and lead architect. Reint Jan is currently the Chief Technology Officer at AppMachine since 2021 and also serves as the Chief Technology Officer at DJ.Studio from 2022. Reint Jan has demonstrated their expertise in software engineering, management, and technology leadership throughout their career.

Reint Jan Hoiting began their education in 2001 at Ommerlander College, where they completed their Higher General Secondary Education from 2001 to 2007. Afterward, they attended Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. Following their time at Hanze University, Reint Jan enrolled at NHL Hogeschool in 2009, initially studying Mathematics for one year. Reint Jan then shifted their focus to Informatica and pursued a degree in Software Engineering, completing their studies in 2014.
