Diego Ferla

Diego Ferla is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Appmax since November 2023, responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Director - Projects at Dock from November 2021 to October 2023, overseeing project management and governance, executing strategic projects across various Latin American business units, and directly reporting to the VP of Operations. Diego also held roles such as Head of BU (Banking as a Service), Sr Project Manager, and Chief of Staff at Dock. Prior to that, Diego was Head of Operations and Head of Projects & Products at SOUTH SYSTEM, and held various project management and software development positions at TOTVS and ULBRA. Diego Ferla holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and degrees in Management Processes and Information Technology.
