There has been a significant transformation in the IT industry of Bangladesh in the past two decades. In a relatively short period of time, the country has emerged as one of the key software exporters in South Asia.

Bangladesh currently ranks 21st in IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing and software development (Source: The Global Location Service Index). However, its role in the International market has been mostly in the form of third-party developers, often developing digital technologies for offshore companies.

Since the inception of Appnap, our aim was to develop world-class native softwares and directly compete in the international market. Appnap has eventually established itself as one of the emerging software companies in the country and achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification accordingly. Inaugurated in 2017, the company continues to push its limits through cutting edge technology and top-notch products that are used by millions of people around the world.

The landscape of software development evolves at a lightning speed. But there is something that remains constant: our passion for creating the next generation products for our loyal users. We rely on our highly experienced team consisting of developers, designers, researchers, marketers and business analytics to deliver the absolute best user experience.

We wanted to redefine the typical nine to five working culture of the corporate world too. This is why we heavily focused on transforming our workplaces into cultural hubs, emphasizing more on the work environment and relationship with our colleagues. Abandoning the regular work culture was not easy, but it paid off pretty well in the end. We are stroked to be one of the best places to work for in the country.
