Cem Okay is a seasoned professional in the fields of strategy and venture capital with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving in a strategic position at AppNation since February 2025, Cem previously held the title of Principal at 212 from October 2021 to February 2025. In addition to core roles, Cem has contributed as a Board Observer at RemotePass, SOCRadar® Extended Threat Intelligence, and Flow48, while also serving as an Associate Banker in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at EBRD between April 2018 and October 2021. Early career experiences include analyst positions at ÜNLÜ & Co, Naisbitt King Group, and ADM Capital. Cem holds a Master's Degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Manchester, complemented by a high school education specializing in Mathematics and Science at Deutsche Schule Istanbul.
