Michelle Langlois has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michelle is currently employed as a Software Engineer at AppNeta and DX NetOps by Broadcom Software since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Software Developer and Junior Software Test Developer at AppNeta in 2021, where they developed React components and automated tests to improve network performance and product features.

Before their time at AppNeta, Michelle was self-employed as a Strategic Communications & Program Management Consultant from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they designed systems and coordinated projects for PeaceGeeks, a nonprofit organization. Michelle also served as a Program Coordinator at BC Children's Hospital from 2016 to 2018, where they led grant applications and developed systems for mobile health projects.

Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Program Manager/Supervisor and Gifts-in-Kind Program Manager at HOPE International Development Agency from 2009 to 2016. In these roles, they successfully fundraised and managed community development projects in various countries. Michelle also served as a Microcredit Program Manager and contributed to the design and implementation of a microcredit program in Cambodia.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong skills in software development, project management, fundraising, and program coordination.

Michelle Langlois completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree at The University of British Columbia from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2005. Michelle's undergraduate studies were conducted at Mount Allison University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from 2001 to 2004.
