Vincent Chao

Vincent is a partner at Rubicon. At Rubicon, Vincent sits on the boards of AppNeta, AudienceView, BrandMaker, and OutMatch. Prior to their respective exits, Vincent sat on the boards of Aucerna and Astute.

Prior to joining Rubicon, Vincent worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Lazard Frères & Co. Prior to Lazard, Vincent was in the Technology Investment Banking Group at BMO Capital Markets focused on the enterprise software sector.

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Boston College.
