Asher Kastro has accumulated extensive experience in system administration and helpdesk support over a career spanning more than a decade. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Appnext since 2016, Asher manages system administration tasks, oversees hardware purchases, and maintains both internal and production servers while supporting over 120 clients worldwide. Previously, Asher worked at xwise.com as the Helpdesk/Internal System Team Leader, supervising all help desk and systems operations and assisting more than 550 clients. Additional experience includes a role as a Help Desk Expert at 888holdings, where support was provided for over 500 clients in a Windows domain environment, and as a Help Desk/System technician at Maccabi Health Care Services, supporting hardware and software for more than 250 clients.
