Lucjan Exner

Head of Sales - Europe at Appnext

Lucjan Exner has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lucjan started their career in 2001 as a Marketing Director at Samsung Electronics Poland, where they played a key role in the consumer electronics division. From there, they worked as a Marketing Director (interim) at Indesit Company in 2001-2002. In 2003-2005, Lucjan served as a Project Manager at Fujifilm, Poland. Lucjan then joined Kolaja & Partners in 2005 as a Sales & Marketing Expert. In 2006, Lucjan became the Marketing Director in the Consumer Division at Ansell (Poland).

In 2009, Lucjan worked as an External Consultant for Customer Service Management at Han Bright Sp. z o.o. During this time, they successfully restructured the sales team, coached employees, and implemented CRM elements, resulting in a threefold increase in monthly revenue. Following their role at Han Bright, Lucjan joined Mobilvi (Novem Group) as the Head of Sales and Marketing. Here, they helped operationalize the business unit and achieved a positive ROI through implemented activities.

In 2012, Lucjan joined InMobi as the Head of Sales CEE&CIS. Lucjan held various positions within the company, including Head of Sales CEE and CIS from December 2016 to October 2018, and Senior Sales Manager Emerging Markets Europe from October 2018 to October 2018. After leaving InMobi, Lucjan worked as a Global Sales Manager at Opera Software from November 2018 to October 2020.

Currently, Lucjan Exner serves as the Head of Sales - Europe at Appnext, a position they started in December 2020. With their strong background in sales, marketing, and management, Lucjan has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in various domains of the industry.

From 1987 to 1992, Lucjan Exner attended Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego im. Bronisława Czecha w Krakowie. During this time, they focused their studies on tourism, business, and management.
