Marta Szatkowski

Marta Szatkowski has worked in the events industry for over five years. In 2021, they began working as a Client Partner for Appointedd. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing and Events Specialist for Optos from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an Event Designer (Private and Panel) for Heritage Portfolio, a catering and event services company. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Conference and Events Sales Executive for Scottish Rugby Hospitality. Lastly, from 2015 to 2016, they were an Events Coordinator for Scotiabank Convention Centre.

Marta Szatkowski attended Queen's University, though no degree was obtained. Marta then obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in International Tourism Management from Edinburgh Napier University from 2013 to 2014. From 2008 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in French Language and Literature, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) in French Studies from the University of Kent. Marta also attended the University of Lausanne - UNIL from 2009 to 2010, and Bader College from 2007 to 2008. In 2016, Marta obtained certifications in Project Management for Team Members from GoSkills.com and Smart Serve Ontario.
