Sam Pollard has a diverse background in customer success management. In 2018, they started as a Client Relations Manager at Cybrary, where they focused on building customer relationships and managing the success of enterprise and subscription models. Sam later became a Customer Success Manager and served as a leader and mentor to the Customer Success team, ensuring alignment between different departments and overall company goals.
