Success at the push of a button:

The team members expertise is not the only decisive factor of success for a project. Other parameters are equally important: Soft skills. Company culture. The composition of the team. appose includes every single one of them, composing the perfect team.

appose uses a brand new, learning algorithm. It considers expertise, company culture, and the team members personalities when it arranges a project team. The result: appose finds the ideal team for every project, automatically and perfectly matched to the individual requirements.

We are convinced that project recruiting can be easier and faster for both sides, that it can be cheaper and, most of all, far more successful.

We use a complex algorithm to put the perfect team at the disposal of our customers, automatically and for every single demand. We do not only factor the expertise of freelancers, but their soft skills, their capacity for teamwork and different company cultures.

For freelancers, the outcome is as revolutionary: The algorithm displays personal potentials, it supports career management and reduces acquisition and workload planning efforts to a minimum.

Founder of appose is Marko Albrecht, systemic consultant and coach. He came up with appose after getting some deep insights into the business by re-builing one of the biggest german recruiting agencies after its bankruptcy.
He then used the experiences made during this process in combination with his year-long know-how in the field of team-building to establish a platform which is going to lift project and team recruiting to a new level.
