Roly Walter

Roly Walter founded Appraisd in 2012, an online performance management system aimed at creating a customizable and enjoyable environment for both employers and employees. Prior to Appraisd, they worked as a Business Analyst at Goldman Sachs from 2000 to 2002.

Roly Walter attended the University of Oxford from 1996 to 2000, earning an MEng degree in Engineering Science.
