Sami Taha

Sami Taha is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Apprentice.io since October 2020, contributing to a well-funded company with over $200 million in venture capital. Previously, Sami held positions at Uber from October 2016 to October 2020 as an iOS Engineer, where a team managed critical functionalities in the Rider app, impacting $50 billion in gross bookings in 2019. Prior to Uber, Sami worked at EY as a Management Consultant for Financial Services Organizations and as a Summer Technology Advisor, also completing a Summer Technology Analyst role at JPMorganChase. Sami holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2015.
