William Yoder

William Yoder is the CEO of a nonprofit focused on developing Arkansas' IT talent pipeline, facilitating partnerships among individuals, employers, institutions, and community organizations. With a versatile background as a senior executive, they have held leadership roles in various organizations, including co-founding Watch House International, where they grew the business to over $6 million in revenue. Prior to this, they led a top-performing group at Acxiom Corporation and served as District Account Manager at Alltel Information Services. William is also the Executive Director of the Arkansas Center for Data Sciences and is pursuing multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
