Dawn Smail is an experienced Development Coach and trainer specializing in Digital Marketing and ALS, currently serving at Apprentify since November 2019. In addition to teaching and assessing apprentices, Dawn has contributed to the University of Salford as an Associate Researcher focusing on Digital Innovations for Mental Health Support while founding the Ostrich Community. Dawn’s career includes roles in digital learning consulting, operational management, and voluntary advocacy, reflecting a strong commitment to education, mental health, and community support. With a solid educational background in psychology, marketing, and training, Dawn has developed expertise in business development, client relations, and financial advice, complemented by research and public speaking capabilities.
