Ellen Foster

Ellen Foster has over 15 years of experience in human resources, consulting, and instructing. Ellen began their career at VA Medical Center as a Human Resources Officer from 2006 to 2010. Then, they worked at the US Department of Veterans Affairs as an HR Consultant from 2011 to 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Foster was a Consultant at Sigma Health Consulting, LLC. In 2016, they also became an Instructor at US Graduate School. Ellen joined R3 Government Solutions in 2017 as an HR Consultant and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are a Human Resources Consultant at Apprio Inc. starting in 2018.
