An NDIS Support Coordination and specialist support Coordination organisation, we are a team of Social Workers and people with a lived experience who are passionate about the Social model of Disability which seeks to change society in order to accommodate people living with a disability; it does NOT seek to change people with a disability to accommodate society. These principles are the foundation of the NDIS scheme. 

We are passionate about building positive relationships with participants and ensuring they really understand the NDIS the opportunities it brings.  Approved by Frankie  are relentless in making sure every single encounter a client has with us is helpful and satisfying. 
We link participants with the type of providers and individuals who are a great match and ensure every interaction is personalised.

Specialist Support Coordination often requires the know how to deal with multiple agencies and reduce complexity in the participants environment. 
Managing complex challenges in health, education, housing or justice services environments takes a certain level of specialist knowledge.  We will help to produce the quality of outcomes and manage risk.
