Ashwin Hande

Ashwin Hande is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in resource management and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Apps Associates since October 2013, Ashwin oversees talent acquisition for the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Ashwin held the position of Director of Recruiting, Resourcing & Operations at Fujitsu North America from March 2008 to September 2013 and was a Recruiting Manager at Fujitsu America from March 2006 to March 2008. Ashwin began a career in recruitment as a Principal Recruiter at Rapidigm from September 1997 to February 2006. Ashwin holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and has advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Mumbai.
