Spencer Vale

Spencer Vale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and change management, currently serving as the Director of Product & Change Management at AppsAnywhere since July 2021. In this role, Spencer leads the development of product vision and strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery aligned with company goals. Prior to AppsAnywhere, Spencer held various positions at Aviva, including Customer Management Product Owner and Innovation Manager, demonstrating expertise in workflow applications, cultural transformation, and strategic business development. Earlier career experiences include roles at the Institution of Engineering and Technology and BBC, complemented by a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering & Music Technology from the University of York.
