Dan Vinton

Dan Vinton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Dan started their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer at Protronics Ltd. From there, they worked as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Tessella and as a Software Engineer at Invensys Rail. In 2010, they joined Quicksilva as a Software Developer, where they led a development team in delivering innovative patient search solutions to NHS trusts.

In 2013, Dan became a Principal Engineer at PrePay Solutions, and from 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Principal Engineer at Appsbroker Consulting Ltd. There, they played a critical role in shaping the engineering future of a cloud company, leading engineering and design, development, team leadership, and consultancy work for various clients.

In 2019, they moved to Nationwide Building Society as a Senior Engineer, focusing on designing and building key infrastructure and leading a small team of engineers. Currently, Dan Vinton is working as a Principal Engineer at Appsbroker Ltd, where they continue to shape the engineering future of the rapidly-growing cloud company and works with clients to solve their problems through system design and development.

Dan Vinton attended the University of Oxford from 1999 to 2003. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Engineering and graduated with a MEng.
