Steve Turner

Steve Turner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Steve started their career in 2004, working as a Junior Analyst at Zurich Insurance plc. Steve then moved on to CDK Global (International), where they held multiple roles such as Hosting Systems Analyst, Global Backline Support Analyst, Global Team Leader - DC Backline Support, and finally, a Platform Engineer Principal in Global Hosting. In 2017, they joined Appsbroker Ltd as a Principal Platform Engineer and later became the Head of Platform Engineering & Infrastructure Modernisation in November 2019.

Steve Turner attended Kingsdown School from 1994 to 1999, where they completed their high school education. Steve then went on to join the University of Gloucestershire from 2001 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Business Computing with a focus on Information Technology. Alongside their formal education, Steve has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a Red Hat Certified Administrator from Red Hat. In 2023, they obtained the Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google Cloud. Additionally, Steve has mentioned being a VMware Certified Professional (VCP); however, the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
