Will Louzado

Will Louzado has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Will started their career at Scott Wilson as an IT Assistant, providing 1st Line Support. Will then worked at De Vere Venues as a Food & Beverage Assistant, specifically in the Bars department.

Will then moved into the recruitment field, starting at Outsource UK Limited as a Resourcer before quickly progressing to Trainee Recruiter and Recruiter roles. Will was promoted to Senior Delivery Recruiter, where they delivered technical and business candidates for clients in the retail banking, investment banking, defense, and public sectors.

Later, Will joined FLEETCOR as a Talent Acquisition professional, specializing in mid/senior/corporate level recruitment in the Technical field for FLEETCOR and its group companies.

Following this, they worked at Amazon Logistics, initially as a L3 Yard Marshal, and then as a Yard Marshal - Nights. Will provided operational leadership for inbound/outbound linehaul and led the loading bay during the peak period.

Currently, Will is with Appsbroker, where they hold the roles of Junior Platform Engineer (Secondment) and Lead Recruitment Partner (Technical/Back Office) for the UK and Germany. In this position, they scale up technical teams, partners with business unit heads, manages end-to-end hiring for Google Cloud Platform, and implements process improvements.
