Avijit Paul

Avijit Paul has over a decade of work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Avijit is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at APPSeCONNECT since 2022. Before this, they worked at InSync Solutions from 2013 to 2022, holding multiple roles including Vice President Delivery, Head- Product Delivery, Scrum Master, Sr. Account Manager, and Account Manager. At InSync Solutions, Avijit was responsible for managing delivery teams, identifying and managing project-related risks, and creating a results-driven and customer-focused environment.

Prior to InSync Solutions, Avijit worked at InSync Tech-Fin Solutions Ltd. as a Sr. Implementation Consultant from 2011 to 2013, at Microsense as a System Administrator from 2010 to 2011, and at Oriental Electrical Pvt. Ltd. as a System Executive from 2009 to 2010.

Avijit Paul completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce with honours at the University of Calcutta from 2002 to 2005. Avijit then pursued a degree in MCSE, specialized in Server Administration, from IIJT, from 2008 to 2010. Finally, in 2017 to 2019, Avijit Paul obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from St.Xavier's College, Kolkata.
