Abe Dearmer

Abe Dearmer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Abe started their career in 2008 as an Officer in the Australian Army and held multiple leadership roles, including Battery Commander, Adjutant, Instructor in Gunnery, Assistant Operations Officer, Joint Fires Team Commander, and Troop Commander. In these roles, they managed large teams, developed training programs, and coordinated strategic and operational assets.

In 2020, Abe transitioned to the business sector and joined Xenon Partners as a Senior General Manager. Abe was responsible for setting quarterly strategies, delivering presentations to private equity partners, and leading team meetings. Abe later became the Director of Operations, where they oversaw day-to-day operations, updated standard operating procedures, and managed operational quality controls.

Abe also held executive positions in various companies, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Appsembler in 2023, FIVE CRM from 2022 to 2023, and Teamgate Sales CRM from 2022 to 2023. In these roles, they oversaw the acquisition processes, established strategic directions, and successfully transferred the businesses from Lithuania to the United States.

Furthermore, Abe co-founded Sales Explorer in 2023 and served as a Co-Founder. Additionally, they were a member of Revenue Collective and RevGenius in 2020.

In terms of their educational background, Abe was the President of Lavarack Army Rugby Club from 2019 to 2020.

Abe Dearmer holds a Master's degree in Marketing from RMIT University, which they completed between 2018 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Cross University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Abe has also obtained certifications in Developing (World Rugby Level 2) Rugby Coach from Rugby Australia, GAP Selling Professional from A Sales Growth Company, and Ultimate Google Ads Training 2020: Profit with Pay Per Click from AdVenture Media Group.
