Adi Preiss

Adi Preiss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in support and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Support and Head of Global Support Ops at AppsFlyer since March 2015. Under Adi's leadership, global Technical Support teams across various regions, including Israel, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, and London, deliver high-quality service and rapid customer resolution. Prior roles include Director of Support for EMEA, Support Team Manager, and Professional Services and Tech Support Engineer at AppsFlyer, as well as Business Analyst at NCR Retail and Project Manager at Sparta Systems. Adi holds an MBA in Business Management and a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
