Alex Grach has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2006 with Intel Corporation as a Marketing Trainee. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Cisco as an Account Manager. Following that, from 2011 to 2012, they were employed by the Ministry of Economy and Industry in Israel as a Policy Analyst. In 2012, they joined Panaya as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing the company's SaaS business in the EMEA region. In 2013, they became the Global Sales Lead at Xplenty, an early-stage SaaS startup. From 2015, Alex worked at AppsFlyer as the VP Sales for EMEA & LATAM. In 2019, they joined Google for Startups EU as a Mentor & Lecturer. Finally, in 2021, they became a Member of Revenue Collective.

Alex Grach has a Master's degree in EMC (Executive Master in Change) from INSEAD, which was obtained from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Alex completed a program on negotiation at Harvard Law School in 2020. In 2013, Alex participated in a summer school program on urban and regional development at the University of California, Berkeley. Finally, Alex obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the State University - Higher School of Economics from 2003 to 2008. In addition to these educational experiences, Alex has also obtained certifications in effective communication from the London Speech Workshop, program on negotiation from Harvard Law School, and Kanban Management Professional Foundation 1 from Kanban University in 2020 and 2019 respectively.
