Caroline Nakash is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and client success. Currently serving as a Senior Account Success Manager at AppsFlyer since September 2015, Caroline oversees the entire onboarding process for clients, ensuring their success and KPI achievement on the platform. Previously, Caroline held key roles at LivePerson, including Head of Small-Medium Business Billing Account Manager and Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing finance relationships for over 8,000 clients and leading customer service initiatives. Prior experience includes managing customer support teams at Cunningham Lindsey and achieving consistent sales targets as an Account Manager Lead at RSA. Caroline holds an MBA with a finance speciality from Heriot-Watt University, a Trinity CertTESOL, and a BA in Business Administration and Management from New College Durham.
